Ordering Methods

Order Online Placing orders online with Electrosonic is fast, easy, and secure. Simply add the lamps you’d like to purchase into your cart, choose the appropriate quantities, and checkout according to the instructions provided to you during the process.
Phone Call us toll-free at 1.855.937.5267  to place an order with a dedicated sales representative.
Fax Purchase orders may be faxed to 1.952.931.2394. Upon receipt, a sales representative will contact you to confirm your order.
E-Mail Purchase orders may be e-mailed to lamps@electrosonic.com. Please DO NOT include credit card numbers or other personal financial information in the e-mail. Electronic mail is not a secure form of communication. To complete the order, a sales representative will contact you to collect any additional necessary information upon receipt of your PO.


If you have an existing Lamp Service Agreement with us, please download the Lamp Request Form, fill it out and send it to lamps@electrosonic.com.  You may also fax it back to 1.952.931.2394.  If you have additional questions, please contact your sales manager.

 

 

 

 

Accepted Payment Methods

Electrosonic accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Credit cards will only be charged at the actual time of shipment. For orders requiring partial shipments, only the items that have shipped will be charged. Please ensure all billing and shipping information including name, address and phone number are accurate to avoid delays.

Sales Tax

The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order is shipped.

Tax will not be charged to orders shipped to the following states and countries: AK, DE, ID, MD, MT, NH, ND, OR, SD, PR and Canada.

To apply a resale or tax exempt status to your order, please fax or email us a copy of the appropriate forms with your order for review. During checkout you will be asked if your order is tax exempt.

Electrosonic ships to addresses in the United States, Canada, Europe and the U.A.E. Orders to the United States and Canada must be placed in US Dollars. Orders to Europe must be placed with the Euro, British Pound or Swedish Krona. Orders to U.A.E. must be placed in US Dollars. Ensure you have the correct country flag and currency selected (in the upper right corner of the website) before you start shopping.

 

 

 

 

Track Order/Review Order History

Upon placement of your order you will receive an automatically generated email that lists the items ordered and informs you that your order has been received. You can also login to your account on the Electrosonic Lamps website to see the status of your order. Below are explanations of your order status:

New Your order has been received
Processing Payment Your credit card information is being reviewed
Declined Your order has been declined because your credit card was not accepted by our processing system
Processing Order Your credit card or Purchase Order has been accepted and the order is being processed
Shipped All items in your order have been shipped. Your credit card will only be charged once the item(s) in your order have been shipped

Shipping options and charges can be selected during checkout when placing orders online. If placing orders by phone, our sales representative will help you choose the most appropriate shipment method to have your order delivered by your deadline. To ensure speedy delivery and savings on shipping, Electrosonic offers same day shipping and free ground shipping.

Place your order before 2pm Eastern and we will ship your order the same day.  Please ensure that your order details and credit card information are accurate to avoid delays in processing your order.

Save more with your lamps order with free ground shipping for orders over $300. Free ground shipping is not available for orders that contain XENON lamps.

Return Policy

Orders can be canceled or revised as long as the items have not entered the shipping process. Please contact us via phone or e-mail to make these revisions immediately. Once orders are in the shipping process, they may not be canceled or revised.  All changes must then be made under the terms of our return policy.

Electrosonic offers a hassle free return policy. To return an item you must qualify for the 30 day money back guarantee or 90 day warranty. Returns are also accepted if the wrong product was shipped or the product arrived broken in transit. Our return policy and steps to return your lamp are outlined below:

30 Day Money Back Guarantee
To prove our confidence in the products we supply, we offer a no questions asked 30 day money back guarantee. You may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling fees you may have incurred.  The valid period for a refund starts from the date of shipment and lasts for 30 days.

You must contact us for an RMA to start this process. Once the RMA number is provided it remains valid for 10 business days. If the lamps are not received in that time, the RMA will be closed and a new one must be initiated.

The customer is responsible for any and all return shipping charges, and is responsible for making sure the package is shipped safely to the recipient. When mailing in your product for an exchange or refund, make sure item(s) are fully insured. Electrosonic will not be accountable for the product being lost or damaged in transit.

Lamp Broken in Transit or Incorrect Lamp Shipped
Damage due to shipping must be reported within five working days of receipt of delivery to enable us to submit a claim with our carriers. Unfortunately, any claim outside of this period cannot be supported.

We work hard to ensure the right product is shipped to you but in the event that an incorrect item is shipped, we will credit the lamp in full once returned.  Be sure to make this claim within 30 days of the receipt of your item. As with any order, after 30 days we will not be able to process a return or exchange for you.

90 Day Warranty

We offer a no charge 90 day warranty for faults due to defective materials or workmanship. You will automatically receive the warranty when you make a purchase from us.  If the manufacturer’s warranty is over 90 days, you will automatically receive the extension. All our Diamond Lamps come with a 120 day warranty. The warranty commences from the date of shipment.  The warranty does not cover lamps damaged by projector malfunction, i.e. cooling or power supply issues.
